At Lotus Honey Integrative Health, we believe in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. Our holistic approach to healthcare is rooted in the ancient principles of Ayurveda. This traditional Indian system of medicine is the oldest system of medicine in the world. A prevention focused model, it also brings you back into balance to feel your best.
We offer one on one discovery sessions with expert advice and guidance. We also offer Ayurvedic bodywork (panchakarma) services including Abhyanga (a full body oil treatment focusing on the lymphatic and circulatory systems), and Shirodhara (warm oil on the head for stress management, SLEEP, thinning hair, and the glymphatic system in the brain).
Other offerings include workshops, group sessions, topic focused series, yoga and movement classes, and Ayurvedic herbal products.

Tarna is an expert in her field, with years of training and experience in holistic health care.
Tarna has a Masters of Science degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Health from MIU and is a certified Shirodhara and Abhyanga technician. She also studied Trauma-Informed yoga for her RYT500, from Earth Yoga Colorado and the School of Embodied Poetry with Shannon Paige. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing by enlivening their own immunity through ayurvedic practices, including but not limited to diet, lifestyle, herbal education, and bodywork.
She also has an additional background as a Respiratory Therapist.
